The one word to describe Joshua is “determined.”
He had several health challenges growing up, but he didn’t let that stop him. Joshua was determined and defied all odds. Joshua is a vibrant 12-year-old. He loves windy weather and anything related to mother nature. He also enjoys baseball and bowling. His mother, Mary, uses respite to assist Joshua with engaging in social activities. Golden Valley Home Care (GVHC) allows her to focus on her work, where she too helps families as a Life Stages Transition Consultant. Respite care provides her relief so she can better assist others in her daily work.

Mary can go online from her smartphone or tablet via the GVHC app to ensure that her son is safe. In conjunction with our quality care, our app allows Mary to view when the caregiver is with her son and if planned activities are being completed.
